Elizabeth (“Liz”) L. Bostwick has litigated and tried dozens of civil and criminal cases in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has tried cases before juries and judges. Liz has also briefed and argued cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to opening her own practice, Liz worked at two Boston litigation firms where she handled a wide variety of business, employment, personal injury, insurance, and criminal cases. In addition, as a Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel at the City of Boston she represented the Mayor, Commissioners, City departments, and employees in a broad range of matters including, employment, zoning, civil rights, tort, and contract matters.
